01What PULLUPZA is
PULLUPZA is operated by Ground Africa Group (Pty) Ltd. It connects customers with independent pros who come to them or whom they visit. Only pros we’ve checked and approved can receive bookings.

02Prices
Pros set their own prices within limits PULLUPZA sets for each service. Your total is the service price, plus the call-out fee on a home visit, less any promotion. Promotions are paid for by PULLUPZA, not the pro. You see the full price before you confirm.
With Nearest available you agree a maximum price first and never pay more. Each pro has 45 seconds to accept before your request moves on.
03Paying
You can pay with cash, card or instant EFT. Paying by card, you’re only charged once the job is done. Paying cash, you pay your pro when the job is done.
04Cancelling
Home visits: free to cancel until your pro sets off. After that, a cancellation fee the size of the call-out fee applies, to cover their travel.
At the shop: free to cancel any time before your appointment starts. An appointment starts when the pro confirms you’re there.
05For pros
PULLUPZA currently charges 20% of the service price, only on bookings you get. Card earnings are paid out weekly; on cash jobs you keep the cash and the fee comes off your next payout.
You get one live request at a time. Frequent cancellations after accepting lower your ranking and can pause your account. Your checks must stay current to keep taking bookings. More on Become a Pro.
