Safety
Pros go into customers’ homes, including homes with children, older people and people with disabilities. So anyone PULLUPZA sends to a home is checked first.

ID checked in person
Our team checks the pro's ID in person, and that their ID, proof of address and selfie match.

Police clearance certificate
A SAPS police clearance certificate the pro gets themselves. It counts for 6 months, then they need a new one.

NRSO certificate
A certificate from the National Register for Sex Offenders. It counts for 12 months, then they need a new one.
Only approved pros can receive bookings. These checks lower the risk; they can’t guarantee anyone’s behaviour.
02Approval
A pro can’t go online until every check is complete and none has expired. When a certificate runs out, they need a new one to keep taking bookings.
03When you book
Your exact address stays private
A pro sees it only after they accept your request.

Every price is shown before you book. With Nearest available you agree a maximum and never pay more.
Rate your pro
Rate every booking once it's done.
04Their records
Only PULLUPZA admins can open a pro’s certificates. Support staff see only whether the checks are complete, and customers never see anything about them.
For each check we keep only the result, the certificate’s date and reference, its expiry, and who confirmed it. We never record offence details. Certificate files are deleted 30 days after we record the result, and if a pro leaves PULLUPZA, the results are deleted 12 months later.
