03Why
To match you with a pro, show prices, take payments and pay pros, keep everyone informed during a booking, check pros before approval, and help when something goes wrong. We don’t sell your information.
04Who sees what
Your exact address
A pro sees it only after they accept your request.
A pro's ID and certificates
Only that pro and PULLUPZA admins. Support staff see only whether checks are complete; customers never do.
A pro's profile
Customers see the name, work photos, services, prices and ratings.
Admin actions
Every action our admins take is written to an audit log.
05How long
Pro certificate files are deleted 30 days after we record the result. We keep only the result, the certificate’s date, reference and expiry, and who confirmed it, never offence details. If a pro leaves, those results are deleted 12 months later. A pro who withdraws consent to the checks has their certificates deleted straight away, and their account is paused.

06Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email support@pullupza.co.za, for the attention of our Information Officer.
You can also complain to the Information Regulator: inforegulator.org.za.
07The waitlist
We keep only what you give us: your email address or WhatsApp number, whether you’re a customer or a pro, your municipality, your suburb if you gave one, which version of the consent you agreed to, when you joined, whether you confirmed your email, and a campaign code if the link you followed had one. We use it only to tell you when the apps are ready.
Unsubscribe any time with the link in our emails, by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or by emailing support@pullupza.co.za. We then delete your details. We delete the waitlist within 6 months after the apps launch.
To stop abuse, we count sign-ups per internet connection for up to an hour, using a scrambled code made from your IP address, never the address itself.
08This website
This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics. Its fonts are served from our own site. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a robot, is signing up: it loads a script from Cloudflare when you open a page with the form, and only for that check.
Founding pros shown on this site agreed in writing to their photo, first name, brand, area and video being used here and on our social media. They can withdraw at any time, and we then delete their entry.
